The Board consists of nominated members of the parish community, fraternity of secular order franciscans, parish pastoral council, St Theresa church community, parish priest and four archbishop representatives. The role of the Board is to continually improve the service to the residents by providing an environment that caters for the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of each person in care. The Board oversees the day to day running of the hostel which includes staffing, financial management and ensuring industry standards of care are met. The Chief Executive Officer and the Care Manager see to the every day running of the Retirement Village.
